It is now easier to remove a CAD Pack catalog. This is useful when trouble shooting errors with CAD Pack or when trying to manage disk space. If a catalog consistently fails to update, or fails to install completely, always try to remove it and reinstall it as a first step in the trouble shooting process. Also, if you are unable to place graphics from a catalog that you know you’ve downloaded, try removing and reinstalling it. A great many errors can be resolved by ensuring that the catalog files have all downloaded completely.
Check the box of whichever catalogs you want to remove, and select “Remove”. You will be prompted to verify this choice. Once catalogs have been removed, close and reopen the Catalog Manger before trying to download them again.
Note: When using CAD Pack catalog data on a network, be mindful that removing a catalog will have the effect of removing it for everyone who was accessing that catalog on the network.
