An issue has been discovered that affects users with non US system configurations. This error is seen when attempting to download CAD Pack catalogs.
We are working on an update to resolve this issue. In the meantime, the error can be avoided by changing the date/time format to English/US. In Windows 7, open the Control Panel.
In Windows XP, open the Control Panel and select Regional and Language Settings. On the Regional Options tab, select English(United States) from the dropdown list.
